Who We Are
Hello! For more than a decade, Casa del Niño Bilingual Montessori School, has offered an individualized Montessori education fully immersed in Spanish language learning, blending traditional Montessori methods with bilingual proficiency development
An education designed around the whole-child - building the academic foundation, independence, confidence and love of learning children carry with them for life
Our GuidesObserve & Understand
Our Guides thoughtfully observe each child to understand their interests, strengths, developmental needs, and readiness for new challenges.
More Than Teachers. Guides in Discovery.
At Casa del Niño, our teachers are called Guides because their role extends beyond traditional instruction. Rather than leading every child through the same lesson at the same time, our Guides carefully observe, support, and encourage each child as they move through their individual learning journey.
A Guide’s role is to create an environment where children feel confident exploring, asking questions, solving problems, and discovering what they are capable of doing on their own
Encourage Independence
Instead of immediately stepping in with an answer, Guides give children the space, tools, and encouragement to problem-solve and experience the confidence that comes from doing something themselves.
Nurture the Whole Child
Our Guides support more than academic growth. They help children develop confidence, communication, responsibility, emotional awareness, respect, and meaningful relationships with others.
Prepare the Environment
Every material and activity in a Montessori classroom has a purpose. Guides thoughtfully prepare and continually adapt the classroom so children can independently choose work that is engaging, developmentally appropriate, and purposeful.
Introduce & Inspire
Guides introduce Montessori materials and lessons at the right time, sparking curiosity and giving children the tools to continue exploring independently.
Individualize Learning
Because every child develops differently, Guides tailor lessons and experiences to each child rather than expecting the entire classroom to progress at the same pace.
