Our Programs
Children strengthen both fine and gross motor skills as they explore self, family and the world in which they live. Pre-Primary programs support the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of each child. The children strengthen speech and language development in Spanish. Pre-Primary
(Ages 2 - 3.5)
Children develop a love for learning with a sense of order, concentration and responsibility. The children learn independence, language skills, time management and respect—all of which prepare them well for a successful transition into the Elementary class. Curriculum areas include language, math, science, practical life, sensorial, Spanish, geography, culture and art.
Primary
(Ages 3.5 - 5)
Children use the Montessori method to develop competency in the Core Standards aligned with the Arizona Department of Education for grades Kindergarten through 4th grade. Curriculum areas include language, math, science, practical life, sensorial, Spanish, geography, culture and art.

Why Montessori?

What are the benefits of learning a second language early?
Early exposure to a second language gives children the opportunity to develop meaningful proficiency while their language skills are rapidly developing. Research suggests bilingualism may also support metalinguistic awareness, cognitive flexibility, attention, and executive-function development, while expanding children's access to different cultures and perspectives. At Casa, Spanish is more than a subject—it becomes another tool for communicating, thinking, learning, and connecting with the world.
Is financial aid available
Arizona families have several options to help offset private-school tuition, particularly beginning in Kindergarten. Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESA) may provide state funding for private-school tuition and other approved educational expenses, while School Tuition Organization (STO) scholarships, such as those offered through Arizona Tuition Connection (ATC), provide assistance funded by tax-credit donations. Eligibility and funding vary by program, and Casa is happy to help families understand their options and connect with the appropriate resources.
